Because our products are produced in final batches, orders include a production period prior to shipment.

Production & Delivery Timelines

Production time typically ranges from 15–30 days, depending on order volume and production scheduling.

Shipping may take up to 20 days, resulting in an estimated total delivery time of up to 45 days.

If any delays occur during production or shipping, customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Product Sampling Recommendation

Because our products are produced in final batches, we strongly recommend reviewing a product sample before placing larger orders.

Samples are available through our Amazon.ca store, allowing customers to evaluate the product and ensure it meets expectations before committing to a full order.

Replacements

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us using the information provided with your order.

Refund Processing

Shipping Issues

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
